Section 1.34 - Request for Findings of Fact and Report(1) After the issuance of a decision under the formal procedure without findings of fact, the Board will promulgate a findings of fact and report if either party files a request with the Clerk within ten days of the date of the Board's decision in accordance with M.G.L. c. 58A, § 13.(2) A request for findings of fact and report may be filed in-person at the Board's offices, by first-class mail, or by emailing the Clerk, with a copy to the opposing party.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1512, eff. 1/5/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1514, eff. 1/5/2024.
