As used in 811 CMR 4.00 the following terms shall have the meanings set forth, unless otherwise prescribed by statute:
Board or DSB. The State Designer Selection Board.
Commissioner. The Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance.
Designer Selection Panel. At least six members, four of whom shall be architects or engineers, including at least one architect and one engineer.
