Section 2.04 - Housing Discrimination in Credit Services or Rental Accommodations-Applicable Law

M.G.L. c. 151B, § 4, subsection 10 prohibits discrimination in the furnishing of credit services, or in the renting of accommodations against an individual who is a recipient of federal, state or local assistance.
