Section 11.03 - Application Requirements for Training(1) Any person or employer who seeks to receive training services from the Commission should contact the Commission for further information(2) Training services shall be provided to employers only as set forth in 804 CMR 11.03(2)(a) through (d): (a) mandatory training pursuant to the terms of a Commission or Court Order;(b) stipulated training pursuant to the terms of a Commission Settlement Agreement;(c) voluntary training pursuant to the request of an employer; and/or(d) as directed by the Chair or his or her designee as he or she deems appropriate.
