Construction documents and a schedule for the work to be performed shall be submitted to the building official and the fire code official in accordance with 780 CMR 1. The construction documents shall include the fire safety program, as required by Chapter 16 of 527 CMR 1.00, and shall be submitted to the fire code official for approval. Work shall not be performed until such construction documents are approved.
