All personnel engaged in field testing/inspection of concrete for use in buildings and structures subject to the construction control provisions of 780 CMR 1.00 shall be licensed by ACI as a Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 in accordance with ACI's "Certification Policies for Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1" and 780 CMR 110.R2.
