Section 5.505 - Payment or Appeal of Parking Violation(1) The offender shall make full payment to the DCR Office of the Parking Clerk, 251 Causeway Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02114. Payment may be made by mail, or by hand delivery, by money order or check. If payment is made after 21 days, the fine is increased by $5.00.(2) In lieu of payment, a hearing may be obtained upon the written request of the registered owner. Failure to obey this notice within 21 days after the date of violation may result in the non-renewal of the license to drive and the registration of the registered owner.
