Section 3.07 - Advisory Committee on Certification(1) In making appointments to the nine-member Advisory Committee, the Board will consider such factors as representation from geographical areas, types of libraries, public libraries with the service areas of various sizes, and library schools.(2) All appointments are made for five-year terms, unless an appointment is made to fill out the unexpired term of a member who resigns.
