Section 8.01 - Authority

The Massachusetts Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission promulgates 555 CMR 8.00 pursuant to M.G.L. c. 6E, §§ 3(a) and 4(j), and 801 CMR 3.01(2): Applicability.
