Section 23.07 - Mouth Pieces(1) All contestants are required to wear a mouthpiece during competition. The mouthpiece shall be subject to examination and approval by a Commission representative or referee.(2) No round may begin without a mouthpiece in place.(3) If a mouthpiece is involuntarily dislodged during competition, the referee shall call time, clean the mouthpiece and reinsert the mouthpiece at the first opportune moment without interfering with the immediate action.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1331, eff. 1/27/2017.
