Any ticket for a program of unarmed combat sold for less than the price printed on the ticket must be overstamped with the actual price charged. The overstamp must be placed on the printed face of the ticket as well as the stub retained by the holder of the ticket. Failure to do so will result in the full ticket price being used for purposes of computing the fee required to be paid pursuant to M.G.L. c. 147, §§ 40 and 40A.
