Section 11.03 - Complimentary Tickets: Exclusion from Calculation under M.G.L. c. 147,§§40 and 40A

Complementary tickets shall not be included in the calculation under M.G.L. c. 147, §§ 40 and 40A. The Commission will not recognize complimentary tickets in excess of 15% of the total tickets collected at an event for the purposes of the exclusion.
