Section 12.01 - Scope and Application(1) In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 146, § 2, the Board adopts by reference the 2019 ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section X, Fiber-reinforced Plastic Pressure Vessels.(2)522 CMR 12.00 shall be applicable to the Construction, Fabrication, Qualifying Designs and Procedures, Testing, Inspection, Marking, Stamping, and Reports of Fiberglass-reinforced Plastic Pressure Vessels as used for the storage of compressed air and gases used for refrigeration, subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 146.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1321, eff. 9/9/2016.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1458, eff. 12/10/2021.
