Section 7.12 - Documentation of Evidence Retention(1) Security logs indicating access to the evidence shall be maintained and retained for the period of time equivalent to the evidence retention period.(2) Temperature and humidity control logs shall be maintained and retained for the period of time equivalent to the evidence retention period.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1379, eff. 11/30/2018.
