Section 2.01 - Scope and Purpose

502 CMR 2.00 is adopted by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 4 and prescribes the procedures for the submission, consideration and disposition of petitions of interested persons for the adoption, amendment or repeal of regulations.
