Section 10.027 - Septage Origination Requirements(1) No Person shall Discharge or cause or allow to be discharged, directly or indirectly, into the Authority's Metropolitan Sewerage Service Area any Septage that originated outside the Metropolitan Sewerage Service Area.(2) No Person shall Discharge or cause or allow to be discharged, directly or indirectly, into the Authority's Clinton Sewerage Service Area any Septage that originated outside the Authority's Clinton Sewerage Service Area.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1399, eff. 9/6/2019.
