Section 10.081 - Applicability(1) The use of the Authority's interceptor Sewer lines throughout the Authority's Sewerage District shall be controlled by the Authority. No Person without authorization from the Authority shall uncover, make any connection with or opening into, modify, or disturb in any way the Authority's Sewerage System, including the Sewer manholes.(2) A Person wishing to make a direct connection to the Authority's Sewerage System or to modify, reconnect, or abandon an existing connection, shall first obtain a Permit from the Authority for such connection, modification, reconnection, or abandonment.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1399, eff. 9/6/2019.
