Section 1.03 - Board Representing the Public Interest(1) The Board shall be responsible for planning and effecting the management of low-level radioactive waste in the Commonwealth in accordance with M.G.L. c. 111H.(2) The Board shall consist of members who, by reason of their office, experience, background and professional training, can act in the public interest.
