Section 9.07 - Modification, Suspension, and RevocationThe Department may suspend any license, pending a preliminary inquiry, for no longer than ten days, and after affording the license holder notice and an opportunity for a hearing; and may revoke or modify the provisions of any license, if it finds:
(1) The terms, conditions or restrictions thereof are being violated or are inadequate to avoid unreasonable adverse effects on human health or the environment;(2) The license holder has made a false or misleading statement in the application; or(3) The license holder has violated any provision of the Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act, FIFRA, or any regulations, standards, orders or licenses issued under either.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1532, eff. 10/11/2024.
