(1) Each member of the Board or Subcommittee shall have one vote on any matter to be decided. The adoption, amendment or suspension of rules and regulations requiring Pesticide Board consideration shall require a majority of Board members then in office. The vote required for action by the Board or Subcommittee on all other matters shall be by a majority of all members present, providing there is a quorum.(2) All votes taken shall be recorded votes and shall become part of the record.(3) Upon the request of any member of the Board or Subcommittee any vote taken shall be verified by a roll call.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1323, eff. 10/7/2016.
