Section 34.06 - Adulterated and Misbranded Produce(1) The sale, or offering for sale, of Adulterated Produce or Misbranded Produce in the Commonwealth shall be prohibited.(2) The Department may investigate any allegation of adulteration, misbranding, illness, or injury related to or alleged to have been caused by Produce grown and offered for sale in the Commonwealth.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1457, eff. 11/26/2021.
