(1) The Secretary of the Executive Office of Administration and Finance has set a fee schedule, which may be revised from time to time, for all documents processed by the Board.(2) If an applicant submits an application which is processed by the Board and the applicant subsequently withdraws the application, the application fee is forfeited.
