Section 6.05 - Application for a Drug Store Pharmacy LicenseRenewal of a Drug Store Pharmacy License
(1) Renewal of a Drug Store Pharmacy license shall be made in the form and manner determined by the Board in accordance with 247 CMR 6.04(9).(2) A Drug Store Pharmacy license shall expire on December 31st of each odd numbered year following the date of its issuance.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1536, eff. 12/6/2024.
