Section 13.15 - Emission Containment Reserve Accounting

Beginning in 2021 and annually thereafter, DOER shall submit to the Department a report documenting the number of CO₂ allowances withheld from the auction in the preceding year, because of a trigger of the Emissions Containment Reserve.
