Section 22.04 - Event Notice Exemptions(1) A Transmission Company shall be exempt from the notification requirements of 220 CMR 22.03(2) during its preparation for an imminent Emergency Event, during the Emergency Event, and during the subsequent restoration and post-restoration activities related to the Emergency Event.(2) A Transmission Company shall be exempt from the notification requirements of 220 CMR 22.03(2) during a Critical Event that requires the Transmission Company to undertake immediate, non-planned transmission-related vegetation maintenance activities.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1263, eff. 6/20/2014.
