Section 101.13 - Construction Quality Assurance PlansConstruction quality assurance plans shall be maintained in writing and shall require that:
(1) Each operator shall inspect any new construction by outside Contractors that is or will be incorporated into the operator's system to verify that the resulting installation meets operator specifications;(2) A representative number of field verification audits shall be conducted after field work is completed for specific installation tasks; and(3) Performance audits shall be conducted to evaluate a representative sample of various tasks during the actual time that the work is being performed by the employee or Contractor.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1532, eff. 10/11/2024.
