Section 130.17 - Contracts Affected

All new and renewal reinsurance transactions entered into after July 1, 1997 shall conform to the requirements of M.G.L. c. 175, § 20A and 211 CMR 130.00 if credit is to be given to the ceding insurer for such reinsurance.
