Section 1.08 - Consolidation(1)Consolidation. The Department upon its own motion, or upon motion by a party or other person joined in the proceeding, may order proceedings involving a common question of law or fact to be consolidated for hearing on any or all of the matters in issue in such proceedings.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1347, eff. 9/8/2017.
