Section 16.07 - Site Approval Determinations

After evaluating the site approval application in accordance with 205 CMR 16.06, the Commission may:

(a) Approve the application;

(b) Deny the application; or

(c) Postpone decision pending further analysis or the provision of additional information by the applicant, Commission staff, consultants to the Commission, or any other person.
