Section 6.02 - Minimum Standards and QualificationsAn applicant for a Certificate of Qualification as a Weights and Measures Official must possess the following minimum qualifications in order to be eligible for certification:
(1) The applicant is 18 years of age or over;(2) The applicant has a high school diploma or its equivalent;(3) The applicant has achieved a passing grade on the certification examination prescribed by the Committee or has a Civil Service examination exemption; and(4) The applicant is of good moral character
