Section 11.25 - Miscellaneous Provisions(1) All correspondence by parties to the OCABR should be directed to the attention of the New and Used Vehicle Arbitration Director.(2) Situations not covered in 201 CMR 11.00 shall be handled by the OCABR or the arbitrator in an equitable and efficient manner.(3) The OCABR may issue advisory opinions regarding issues arising in the arbitration program.(4) Upon a finding of extraordinary circumstances, the OCABR may, in its sole discretion, waive any of 201 CMR 11.00, if such waiver would be in the public interest, and serve to carry out the purpose or intent of the New and Used Vehicle Arbitration Program.
