Section 610.061 - Appellant RightsThe appellant must have the right to
(A) be assisted by an appeal representative of his or her choice as provided in 130 CMR 610.016;(C) examine and introduce evidence from his or her case file or resident record, if applicable, and examine and introduce any other pertinent documents of the MassHealth agency or other party;(D) present and establish all relevant facts and circumstances by oral testimony and documentary evidence;(E) advance any pertinent arguments without undue interference; and(F) question or refute any testimony, and confront and cross-examine adverse witnesses.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1397, eff. 8/9/2019.
