A nursing facility participating in MassHealth may cease to participate only in the manner detailed in 130 CMR 456.452 through 456.455. 130 CMR 456.452 through 456.455 continue apply even if the facility is continuing to operate as a nursing facility, is converting to a residential program (including, but not limited to, assisted living), or is closing.
