Section 450.246 - Hearings: Procedure

The hearing is conducted in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, §§ 9, 10 and 11 and 801 CMR 1.00: Standard Adjudicatory Rules of Practice and Procedure, as modified or supplemented by 130 CMR 450.000.
