Section 448.401 - Introduction

130 CMR 448.000 establishes requirements for participation of community behavioral health centers in MassHealth. All community behavioral health centers participating in MassHealth must comply with the MassHealth regulations, including but not limited to, 130 CMR 448.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
