Section 403.401 - Introduction

All home health agencies participating in MassHealth must comply with MassHealth regulations including, but not limited to, 130 CMR 403.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations. Home health agencies that provide Continuous Skilled Nursing (CSN) services must also comply with 130 CMR 438.000: Continuous Skilled Nursing Agency.
