Section 2.480 - Student in Institution of Higher Education(1) A refugee who is receiving Refugee Cash Assistance cannot be a full-time student in an institution of higher education unless enrolled in a program that is an English-language or other training program, less than 12 months in duration, designed to prepare and place the participant in employment and consistent with the Family Self-sufficiency Plan. Such a program cannot interfere with early employment goals of the participant.
