Section 14.04 - Enrollment in SDS(1) SDS under 115 CMR 14.00 are available to:(a) individuals who are eligible for adult services through the Department; and(b) individuals who may be safely served as periodically determined by the Department and consistent with 115 CMR 6.20(2): Introduction to Individual Planning.
