Section 10.11 - Funding for Research(1) A research project which provides for compensation of any participant may not be approved unless : (a) the compensation is received from or passes through an organization which has agreed that all its fiscal records pertaining to such research shall be subject to audit by the Department at any time; or(b) the compensation is received from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.(2)115 CMR 10.11 does not apply where the compensation consists solely of funds from a grant from a federal government agency or authority.
