Section 1.16 - Continuation of Services Pending an Appeal(1) The Commission shall notify an individual in writing at least 15 days before taking any action to suspend, reduce or terminate services.(2) The notice shall be dated and shall include a brief statement informing the individual of the reasons for the action to be taken. The notice shall also inform the individual of the procedures for challenging the proposed action.(3) In order to assure continuation of services, the individual must file an appeal request within ten days of receiving the notice that services will be suspended, reduced, or terminated.
