Section 4.07 - Appeal Procedure(1) A youth may appeal the Classification time assignment, determined by the RRT, by submitting a written request to the Commissioner or Commissioner's Designee within seven business days of receiving the RRT's decision. The appeal may be submitted by the youth and/or the youth's attorney.(2) The assigned Caseworker shall advise the youth of his or her right to appeal and the procedures for an appeal, within one business day of the RRT's issuance of its written decision.(3) A written response to the appeal shall be provided to the youth, legal guardian, and the youth's attorney, if applicable, within 14 business days of receipt of the request for appeal.
