Section 705.510 - Verification of Eligibility for Food VouchersEligibility for food vouchers under 106 CMR 705.500 must be verified by:
(A) Advance written notice from the appropriate Department of the Commonwealth or licensed private agency of the timing and duration of the child's visit; and(B) Confirmation by the Department of the Commonwealth or licensed private agency that no payment will be made to the foster family or group-care facility for that same time period.Amended, Mass Register Issue 1257, eff. 3/28/2014.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1360, eff. 3/9/2018.
