Section 665.030 - Out-of-package Sales(A) The sale of tobacco products, as defined in 105 CMR 665.000, in any form other than an original factory wrapped package is prohibited, including the repackaging or dispensing of any tobacco product for retail sale.(B) No person shall refill a cartridge that is prefilled and sealed by the manufacturer and not intended to be opened by the consumer or retailer.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1412, eff. 3/6/2020.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1419, eff. 6/12/2020.
