Section 500.212 - Variance(A) The Department may vary the application of any provision of 105 CMR 500.000 with respect to any particular case when, in its opinion, the enforcement thereof would do manifest injustice; provided that the decision of the Department shall not conflict with the purpose of 105 CMR 500.000. The Department may place reasonable conditions on any variance.(B) Copies of all variances shall be available to the public.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1322, eff. 9/23/2016.
