Section 470.308 - Floor Drains(A) In all lockups constructed after the effective date of 105 CMR 470.000 a floor drain(s) shall be provided. These floor drains shall be located outside of the cells.(B) Floor drains should be connected to a drain line separate from the one to which the cells' toilets and wash basins are connected.(C) The floor of the cells shall be so sloped that water will flow in the direction of the floor drain(s).
