Section 470.304 - Facilities to be of Sanitary and Safe Design(A) Each toilet and handwash sink shall be of sanitary design and easily cleanable.(B) All toilet and handwash facilities installed after the effective date of 105 CMR 470.000 should be of stainless steel construction.(C) All handwash sinks shall be equipped with push button controls for the control of water. If the flush mechanism for the toilet is located within the cell, a push button flush control mechanism shall be provided.
