(A) A farm labor camp shall not be located or operated unless such camp complies with the standards contained in 105 CMR 420.000.(B) The minimum standards of fitness for human habitation established by 105 CMR 410.000: Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation (State Sanitary Code, Chapter II), shall not apply to any structure which is required to conform to the standards contained in 105 CMR 420.000.
