Section 410.660 - Reinspections(A) A reinspection to determine compliance with an existing order shall be conducted within: (1) 24 hours after the date for compliance of violations specified in 105 CMR 410.640(A); or(2) Seven calendar days after the date for compliance of violations specified in 105 CMR 410.640(B).(B) New violations identified during the conduct of the reinspection to determine compliance with an existing order shall be addressed in a new order to correct violations.(C) The inspector shall identify, in writing, all violations corrected and those that remain uncorrected at the time of the reinspection. A verbal or written summary of the conditions noted during the reinspection shall be given to the occupant or the occupant's representative at the conclusion of the reinspection.
