Section 170.420 - Certification Procedure(A) To request a certificate of inspection, the applicant must complete and submit forms supplied by the Department, provided that a service license application has been filed.(B) The applicable inspection fee established in 105 CMR 170.215(B) shall be submitted with a completed application form for certification.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1486, eff. 1/6/2023.
