Section 158.001 - Purpose and Scope(A) The purpose of 105 CMR 158.000 is to set forth the licensure and suitability requirements and standards for maintenance and operation for Adult Day Health Programs.(B)105 CMR 158.000 applies to the licensure of all persons who seek to or who currently own and operate Adult Day Health Programs in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1277, eff. 1/2/2015.
